Alternators
In all our generating sets, alternators of the world’s leading manufacturers – Stamford, Leroy Somer, Marelli, Mecc Alte and Sincro – are used.
The alternators are synchronous, three–phase, brushless, self–regulated, self–excited, self–ventilated and 4 pole. They meet the IEC 60034-1, CEI EN 60034-1, BS 4999-5000, VDE 0530, NF 51-100, 111, OVE M-10 standards.
Insulation class H (temperature rise according to class F or B on request).
Tropical impregnation for salty-humid environment is possible on request.
Overloading is possible (for continuous operation): 10% per 1 hour, 15% per 10 min, 30% per 4 min, and 50% per 2 min. The overloads have to be periodic with 1 hour of activity following at normal load.
Automatic voltage regulation is maintained within ±1% with load from 0 to 100% speed from –2% to+5% and power factor in range from 0.8 to 1 and balanced load.
THF better than 2% and TIF better than 50.
Radio interference supression according to BS 800 and VDE class G and N.
